Flange Mounting Intelligent Capacitance Level Transmitter with Wide Measuring Range
1. Introduction
The mounting of ML3000S flanged liquid level transmitter executes ANSI standard. It has 3” and 4” flanged specifications and has 150LB(2.5MPa) flange class. Regarding to specific installation dimension, please see the bellowed drawing. If users apply GB9116-88 standard, please note: DN=80, PN=2MPa. Material of the contacting liquid diaphragm: 316L, Hastelloy C-276, Monel, Tantalum and so on.
If customer don’t have clear indication, we will supply mounting flange of 3” specification, 150LB and 316L contacting liquid diaphragm.

The flange gasket is chosen by customers according to connecting liquid medium features. Our company recommends Asbestos Rubber,Nitrile Rubber, Fluorine Rubber, Nylon, Teflon and so on.
