High Performance Differential Pressure Transmitter with 1.5 Male Thread Connection
1. Introduction
The ML3000S remote transmission differential pressure and pressure transmitter is upgraded ML3000S transmitter equipped with remote transmission sealing device.
This transmitter can provides reliable measurement by avoiding medium tested contacting isolation diaphragm directly. It is applicable to situations listed below:
- The medium tested has erosive effect to the transmitter interface and sensitive elements
- Need isolation between high temperature medium tested and the transmitter
- There are some suspended solids in medium or the transmitter interface and pressure chamber is blocked by high viscosity easily blocked substance
- Export easily solidified substance or crystallization in the medium with impulse the wire
- The renewal medium that needs washing and is hard to be mixed
- Keep clear and avoid pollution
Many kinds of structure materials are supplied. The welding structure of remote transmission component is of high reliability. The filling liquid cavity is of low volume design, which can reduce temperature influence. DC 200 series silicon oil of 40~+149℃ and high grade of -15~+315℃ are provided according to customers’ requirements.
