This HDPE tube bundle features a reinforced wall design with micro-ducts optimized for superior cable blowing performance. The assembly is engineered for direct burial underground installation or placement within existing ducts.

High-Molecular HDPE Material Properties
- Melt flow index: 0.1 - 0.4 g/10 minutes (EN ISO 1133, 190°C, 2.16 KG)
- Density: Minimum 0.940 g/cm³ (ISO 1183)
- Tensile strength at yield: Minimum 20 MPa (ISO 527)
- Elongation at break: Minimum 350% (ISO 527)
- Environmental stress crack resistance (F50): Minimum 96 hours (ISO 4599)

Manufactured from colored, halogen-free HDPE. Standard color is orange, with custom colors available upon request.
Micro Duct
Extruded from 100% virgin HDPE material. Available in red, green, or customized colors.
