T-Slot Specifications
T-slots are precision-machined according to DIN 650 standards, available in popular metric or SAE sizes. Optional width tolerance of H7 or H8 available at additional cost. Depth can be increased for applications with extremely high pull-out loads. Casted pockets along T-slots facilitate easy insertion and removal of T-nuts. T-slots can be machined in longitudinal and transversal directions as required, along with threaded holes and fitting holes.
Precision Grades and Flatness Tolerances
Manufactured according to national standards measurement examination regulations, available in Grade 1, 2, 3, and fine polish finishes.

Installation and Adjustment
For optimal performance, surface plates require proper installation and adjustment before use. Position on level, firm surfaces without vibration. Place pad iron first, then position surface plate on top. Remove wooden case and protective oil coating. Use level measurement to ensure proper alignment, adjusting pad iron as needed while maintaining safety protocols.
Usage Guidelines
- Distribute workpiece usage evenly across the plate surface to prevent localized wear and concave formation
- Maintain cleanliness by preventing contamination from iron scrap, sand, and other debris
- Place workpieces gently to avoid impact damage; immediately repair any surface damage or convex areas
- Avoid hammering operations directly on the plate surface
- Clean after each use; apply anti-rust oil for long-term storage to prevent corrosion
