Square Cast Iron Surface Plate Overview
This 1000x1000mm square cast iron surface plate provides precision calibration capabilities for industrial measurement applications, manufactured to international standards with customizable configurations.

T-Slot Profiles
Available in standard sizes 14, 18, 22, 28, 36 or 42 mm conforming to IS:2013 / DIN 650 standards with tolerances from H12 to H7. Custom holes, square slots, guiding slots, and other profiles on top and sides available per customer requirements.
Stress Relieving Process
All bed plates undergo stress relieving treatment after rough machining to prevent distortion and ensure long-term dimensional stability.
Height & Load Capacity
Available in various heights: 150, 175, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500mm. Load carrying capacity ranges from 1 ton/m² to 150 tons/m² depending on application requirements.
Flatness Accuracy
Available in Grade I, II or III precision levels as per DIN-876 or IS-10602 standards.
Surface Finish Options
CNC finish or hand-scraped finish available based on customer specifications and precision requirements.
Installation Accessories
Includes suitable leveling and anchoring accessories or floor stands as required for proper installation and commissioning.
