Flip-Flow Vibrating Screens effectively remove fines from wet, sticky, and difficult-to-handle materials that cannot be processed using conventional screening technologies like rotary screens or standard vibrating screens.
Applications
Ideal for municipal solid waste, tire recycling, construction & demolition waste, glass recycling, biomass processing, metals separation, food recycling, pharmaceutical recycling, automotive recycling, incineration slags, oil and sludge treatment.
Operating Principle
Constructed from high-density polyurethane panels fixed to both main frame and sub-resonant frame. Amplified vibration creates the "flip-flow" motion that prevents material sticking and screen blinding.
