Self-Cleaning Screen Mesh Technology
The anti-blocking screen features a unique weaving method where warp overlap points are non-prominent, creating a flat surface that prevents material buildup. This design ensures easy material flow, excellent wear resistance, and corrosion protection.
Construction & Materials
Manufactured from high carbon spring steel or stainless steel wires with crimped steel wire spacing. Specifically designed for high-temperature material processing in asphalt plants. Installation requires polyurethane strips for secure fixation.
