Most of the failures of the brake system occur when the brake hose, joint or the cylinder of the cylinder of the sub-pump is broken or leaking.

1. The main PVC pipe of the braking system is worn out, and the leaked part is cut off. The two ends are disconnected and connected by a quick connector.

2. Broken air pipe of the brake system of the sub-pump of the brake system is leaking, and it is difficult to find a suitable air pipe or a special tool for disassembling the cup. The site replacement is difficult and the vehicle cannot travel. What should I do?

① Emergency measures for parking brake pipeline or air chamber damage

The parking brake (broken air brake) pipeline is damaged. Unscrew the inlet end connector of the damaged pipeline and tighten the intake port with a plug. At this time, the pipeline is disconnected, the air inlet port is temporarily blocked, and no air pressure passes, which ensures the normal work of the other pipelines of the entire braking system.

At the same time, unscrew the parking release screw of the brake cylinder or adjust the brake adjustment arm to release the brake. At this time, the emergency parking brake release is completed, and the vehicle can continue to drive after disconnecting the damaged pipeline.

② Emergency measures for damage to brake pipe or air chamber

The damage to the brake line is relatively simple. Similarly, unscrew the inlet end of the damaged line (in the direction of the relay valve or ABS solenoid valve) and unscrew the inlet port.
