Product Overview
The Stability ESS Test Chamber is a water-cooled environmental testing system designed for fast temperature cycling between -70°C and +100°C. This programmable chamber delivers rapid temperature change rates for comprehensive reliability testing of electrical, electronic, mechanical components, and materials.
Applications
Ideal for low temperature cold testing, high and low temperature cycling, and environmental stress screening (ESS) of electrical, electronic, mechanical products, parts, and materials. Performance indicators comply with GB5170.2.3.5.6-95 requirements.
Sample Loading Requirements
For accurate and reliable test data:
- Maximum load mass: 80kg per cubic meter of chamber volume
- Maximum load volume: 1/5 of working chamber volume
- Maximum load cross-sectional area: 1/3 of working chamber cross-sectional area
- Avoid blocking airflow when placing test samples
