LIYI Low Noise ESS Chamber with integrated cable port lighting device and fast cooling rate for environmental stress screening tests.
Applications
Designed for temperature adaptability testing under rapid change conditions or gradients for electrical, electronic, instruments, and other products or components. Particularly suitable for Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) testing to identify latent defects through thermal cycling.
Sample Requirements
For optimal test results:
- Maximum load mass: 80kg per cubic meter of chamber volume
- Maximum load volume: 1/5 of working chamber volume
- Maximum load cross-section: 1/3 of chamber cross-sectional area
- Do not obstruct airflow when placing samples
