- Print images on two transparent sheets using inkjet printer with mirror printing enabled
- Allow ink to dry completely (5-10 minutes)
- Remove protection films from middle core sheet and position printed sheets on both sides
- Process through rolling laminator at 150℃-180℃ temperature
- Cut laminated sheet into standard cards and remove surface protection film
