Production Procedure
- Print the image on both Material A sheets using an inkjet printer (select "mirror printing")
- Allow ink to dry completely (approximately 5-10 minutes)
- Remove protection films from middle core sheet (Material B)
- Place printed sheets on both sides of the middle core sheet
- Process through rolling laminator at 150℃-180℃ temperature
- Cut laminated sheet into standard card size
- Remove protection film from card surface
