Production Process
- Print images on both Sheet A surfaces using mirror printing mode
- Allow ink to dry completely (5-10 minutes)
- Remove protective films from middle core sheet (Sheet B)
- Align printed sheets on both sides of core sheet
- Process through laminator at 150°C-180°C
- Cut laminated sheet into standard card size
- Remove final protective film for finished card
