Production Process
Simple Three-Step Manufacturing
1. Print images on both A sheets using inkjet printer with mirror printing enabled, allow 5-10 minutes for ink drying
2. Remove protection films from middle core sheet, position printed sheets on both sides, process through rolling laminator at 150℃-180℃
3. Cut laminated sheet into standard card dimensions and remove surface protection film
