Non-Laminating Inkjet PVC Sheet MNI-3 Overview
This economical PVC sheet solution is designed for standard card production applications. Each set includes two transparent printing sheets (Sheet A) and one white core sheet (Sheet B) for efficient card manufacturing.

Production Procedure
1. Print images on both Sheet A components using inkjet printer with mirror printing enabled. Allow ink to dry completely (5-10 minutes).
2. Remove protection films from core sheet and position printed sheets on both sides. Process through rolling laminator at 150℃-180℃.
3. Cut laminated sheet into standard card dimensions and remove surface protection film.
