Production Procedure
- Print images on both Sheet A using inkjet printer (select "mirror printing")
- Allow ink to dry completely (5-10 minutes)
- Remove protection films from middle core sheet (Sheet B)
- Place printed sheets on both sides of core sheet
- Process through rolling laminator (temperature: 150°C-180°C)
- Cut laminated sheet into standard card dimensions
- Remove surface protection film from finished card
