A. PVC Core sheet /offset PVC

Offset printing sheets MOP series are designed for offset printer and silk screen printer use. They can also be used as non-printed middle core sheet. They are massively used by many card factories worldwide.
1) Suitable for the whole series of offset printer and silk screen printer.
2) High definition images.
3) Excellent ink adhesion with strong peeling strength after lamination.

4) No crack occurs on the printed images after lamination at high temperature.

Technical parameters:

1). Thickness: 0.12-0.76mm

2). Color: Milk White (MOP-W-NF model)/Snow White (MOP-W-F model)

3). Suitable printer models: The whole series of offset printer and silk-screen printers
4). Package method: 100-200 sheets per PE bag, all the bags are firmly piled up and fixed on the solid plywood pallets.

5). Storage condition: Sealed, moisture-proof, room temperature under 40℃

B. Digital PVC Sheets

It is suitable for the whole series of all kinds of digital printers. It could be printed directly by digital printers with high definition and real color images.
● specially designed for the whole series of HP Indigo printers. suitable for 4-color model printer such as S2000, S5600, S7600, etc.
● It has superior aging resistance performance comparing with other similar products. After 240h’s aging test (75℃, 95%RH), the peel strength is no less than 4.5N/cm.

● No crack occurs on the printed images after lamination at high temperature.

1). Size: A4, A3 or as per customer requirements (tolerance +/-0.5mm)

2). Thickness: 0.15mm-0.40mm (tolerance +/-5%)

3). Coating description: digital ink coating on one side and lamination glue coating on another side.

4). Color: Common white/supper white

5). Package method: 50/100/200 sheets per bag, 10 bags per paper carton, and the cartons are piled up and firmly fixed on solid plywood pallets.

White Inkjet Printing PVC Sheet MIP-W is specially used for various inkjet printers such as Epson and Cannon inkjet printer. It could be printed directly by inkjet printers with high definition images.

D. Color Inkjet PVC Sheets

Gold/Silver Inkjet Printing PVC Sheet MIP-G has the beautiful gold color surface, and it is specially used for various inkjet printers such as Epson and Cannon inkjet printer. It could be printed directly by inkjet printers with high definition images.
