Equipped with 6 high-pressure water jets featuring a comprehensive cleaning sequence: transport, hot caustic soda, sterilized water, recycled water, and pure water. All sprinklers are constructed from food-grade stainless steel for maximum hygiene.
The barrel washing process ensures horizontal barrel positioning during cleaning, with automatic rotation to vertical position for discharge, preventing any water dripping into bottles during transfer.
