- Barrel Insertion: 4 stations for empty barrel placement in headstand position
- 4-Step Washing Process:
- Hot alkaline water washing (8 seconds)
- Thimerosal washing (8 seconds)
- Clean water washing (8 seconds)
- Pure water washing (8 seconds)
- 10-second dripping period after washing
- Transfer to Filling: Barrel moves 45 degrees via passing chain and lift cylinder
- Precision Filling: Cylinder-driven filling valve with PLC-controlled timing and adjustable fill levels
- Capping Completion: Barrel stop cylinder pushes filled barrel to capping position
