Semi-Automatic Operation Process
This semi-automatic bottle washing system efficiently processes used gallon bottles through a streamlined workflow:
- Worker places used jar in de-capper position with neck inserted into the designated hole
- Foot pedal activation releases the cap from the bottle neck
- Worker transfers jar to washing position on left side of machine
- Window closure triggers automatic washing cycle initiation
- Internal brush system cleans interior surfaces during pre-set washing time
- Optional heating function available based on client requirements
