Detailed Introduction

Seamless carbon steel pipe is made of steel ingot or solid billet by piercing and then hot rolling, cold rolling or cold drawing. Seamless carbon steel pipe plays an important role in China's steel pipe industry.

Specification of seamless steel pipe is indicated by outer diameter * wall thickness in mm.

Classification of seamless carbon steel pipe: seamless steel pipe can be divided into hot rolling and cold rolling (drawing) seamless steel pipe.

Hot rolled seamless steel pipe is divided into general steel pipe, low and medium pressure boiler steel pipe, high pressure boiler steel pipe, alloy steel pipe, stainless steel pipe, oil cracking pipe, geological steel pipe and other steel pipes.

Application:Seamless steel tubes for low and medium pressure boiler(working pressure less than or equal to 2.5 Mpa) and medium pressure boiler(working pressure less than and equal to 3.9 Mpa)

Usage:Build superheated steam tubes, boiling water tubes, water cooled wall tubes, fire tubes and generating tubes etc. Generally, tubes are manufactured by high quality carbon steel of hot rolled or cold rolled tubes such as GB-10# and 20 #.
