Pneumatic vacuum feeder is the use of compressed air through the vacuum generator to produce high vacuum to transport materials, do not need mechanical vacuum pump, has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, maintenance free, low noise, convenient control, eliminate static electricity of materials and meet the requirements of GMP. The high vacuum produced by the vacuum generator makes the material to be transported put an end to the stratification phenomenon, to ensure the uniformity of the ingredients of the mixed material, is the tablet press, capsule filling machine, dry granulation machine, packaging machine, crusher, vibrating screen and other mechanical automatic feeding equipment of choice.
