The ribbon mixer operates through a precisely engineered system where the motor drives spiral mixing ribbons via reduction gear. The outer spiral moves material toward the center while the inner spiral pushes material outward, creating comprehensive convection, diffusion, shearing, and radial movement. This dual-action mixing achieves complete material homogenization within 10 minutes for most powder applications.
