The straight-line screen, also known as the straight-line vibrating screen, is used to

inspect and remove foreign contaminants and large particles from products. is designed

with single or dual excitation sources according to on-site requirements. The single

excitation source mainly produces vertical vibration on the material, without automatic

discharge function the dual excitation sources can produce vortex motion on the screen

surface, with automatic discharge function, free control of production capacity, vertical

feeding and discharging, and be neatly installed into various powder production lines

The straight screen uses the vibration motor to utilize the phase angle of two groups of

eccentric blocks (unbalanced eccentric blocks) at the upper and ends of its shaft, as

well as the crossing angle between the two motors, to convert the rotational motion of

the vibration motor into a multi-action force of horizontal vertical, inclined, and

centrifugal effects. This force is then transmitted to the screen surface to achieve the

purpose of screening. By changing the phase angle and weight the upper and lower

eccentric blocks, the magnitude of the exciting force and the trajectory of the material

movement can be changed.
