Working principle
The working principle of the vibrating screen is based on the action of the vibration motor. There are eccentric blocks at the upper and lower ends of the motor, and during operation, the centrifugal force generated by the upper and lower eccentric blocks is synthesized and decomposed in different directions, causing the screen body to produce-dimensional vibration in the horizontal, vertical, and inclined directions. The materials entering the screen surface are subjected to this composite vibration, and the small particle materials quickly pass the screen holes to become screen undersize, while the large particle materials move on the screen surface towards the discharge port to become screen oversize, thus achieving efficient and material screening and grading according to the particle size.
