Working principle
The rotary vibrating screen takes the vertical vibrating motor as the core power source. The eccentric blocks at both ends rotate at high speed to generate centrifugal force, which transmits three-dimensional vibration (horizontal, vertical, and torsional) to the screen surface, causing the material to move in a spiral jumping trajectory. Under the carefully planned combination of screen mesh diameters and the regulation of vibration parameters, after the materials enter the equipment, fine particles quickly penetrate the screen to become under-screen materials, while larger particles move along the screen surface and are discharged from the discharge port. This precisely achieves the efficient screening planning goals for multiple scenarios such as fine classification of chemical raw materials, screening of food particles, and purification of pharmaceutical powders.
