Also known as a reciprocating screen, the rectangular gyratory screen generates vibratory force through its driving device, creating inertial force that rotates along the dead axle. The screen surface is arranged horizontally or with a slight incline (0-5 degrees). When activated, the screen box performs reciprocating movement under inertial force, causing periodic shaking that propels materials to make directional jumping movements. Materials smaller than the screen aperture fall through to the lower layer, while larger materials continue jumping until discharged from the coarse outlet.
