High-performance industrial screening equipment designed for efficient sand grading and material separation applications.
Operating Principle
The motor drives the eccentric activator into high-speed rotation via a V-belt system. The centrifugal force generated by the eccentric blocks creates circular motion amplitude, stimulating the screen. Materials on the inclined screen surface undergo continuous throwing movement from the impulse provided by the sieving box. During material-sifter collision, particles smaller than the screen openings are selected, achieving precise grading.
