The No Dust Pollution Stainless Steel Spice Powder Centrifugal Screener efficiently separates ultra-light fine materials including pharmaceutical powders, food powders, and chemical powders. Its unique cylindrical design and centrifugal force mechanism ensure high-performance screening with zero dust emissions.
Working Principle
Material enters the wire cylinder through a screw conveyor system and mixes with airflow. Inside the cylinder, wind turbine blades generate centrifugal force and cyclone propulsion, spraying material through the sieve mesh. Fine materials discharge through one port while oversized particles exit through a separate outlet.
