Operating Principle
The motor drives the activator's eccentric mechanism into high-speed rotation via a V-belt. The centrifugal force generated by the eccentric blocks creates circular motion amplitude, stimulating the screen. Materials on the inclined screen surface undergo continuous throwing movements from the impulse provided by the sieving box. During material-sifter collisions, particles smaller than the screen openings are selected, achieving precise material grading.
