Working Principle
The motor drives the eccentric activator into high-speed rotation via a V-belt. The rotating eccentric block generates centrifugal force that stimulates the screen to form circular motion with specific amplitude. Materials on the inclined screen surface undergo continuous throwing movement from the impulse provided by the sieving box. During material-sifter collisions, particles smaller than the screen openings are selected, achieving precise grading.
