High-Precision 1.5M Diameter Vibrating Sifter
This 3-layer circulating vibrating sifter is engineered for high-precision separation of fine powders and granular materials. Designed for industrial classification, grading, and filtration applications, it efficiently handles both wet and dry materials across various industries.
Working Principle
The circular vibrating sieve utilizes an upright motor with eccentric hammers on both ends to generate three-dimensional motion (horizontal, vertical, and inclined). This motion is transferred to the screen surface, enabling precise classification, filtration, and impurity removal.
