Filtered and heated air enters the drying tower's upper air distributor, flowing in a hot spiral pattern. Simultaneously, raw liquid material is atomized into super-fine mist droplets that fully contact the hot air, achieving complete drying in seconds. Finished dry powder collects at the tower bottom and discharges through the cyclone separator.
