Complete drying system includes air filter, heater, fluidized-bed main unit, feeder, cyclone separator, cloth bag duster, high-pressure centrifuge fan, and operation console. Dust removal equipment can be configured based on material properties.
Granular solid material enters through feeder while purified, heated air flows upward from the bottom through the distribution plate. This creates a fluidized state enabling efficient heat exchange between air and solids. Dried material discharges from outlet while waste gas exhausts through top with solid powder captured by cyclone separator and cloth bag duster.
