Product Overview
The GZQ series vibration fluid bed dryer is an advanced industrial drying system designed for powder and granule materials with excellent fluidization characteristics. Working Principle
The GZQ series vibration fluid bed dryer utilizes mechanical vibration to enhance fluidization performance. Wet material is evenly fed onto the fluid bed via the feeding hopper, where strong vibration fluidizes the material as it moves toward the discharge vent. Simultaneously, hot air is evenly distributed through the perforated plate, ensuring complete contact and efficient heat transfer for rapid moisture evaporation. The exhaust fan removes evaporated moisture, while cooling air can be introduced to achieve the required product temperature.
