The Granules Vibrating Continuous Fluid Bed Dryer Machine is an advanced industrial drying system designed for efficient moisture removal from granular materials across multiple industries.

The ZLG Series Continuous Type Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer can also be used for raw material humidification, cooling, and other thermal processes.
Working Principle
Raw material enters through the inlet and moves forward continuously along the fluidized-bed level under vibration action. Hot air passes through the fluidized-bed, conducting efficient heat exchange with damp raw material. Moist air is exhausted through cyclone separator and duster systems, while dry material discharges through the outlet.
