The LPG series high-speed centrifugal spray dryer is specialized industrial equipment designed for drying various materials including emulsions, suspensions, liquids, polymers, resins, dyestuffs, pigments, ceramics, glass, derust agents, pesticides, carbohydrates, dairy products, detergents, surfactants, fertilizers, and organic/inorganic compounds.

Air passes through filtration and heating systems, then enters the hot air distributor at the top of the drying chamber. The air flows uniformly in a helical pattern while raw material liquid is pumped through filtration to the centrifugal atomizer. The material atomizes into fine droplets that fully contact the heated air, causing rapid moisture evaporation and transforming the material into powder form within seconds. Finished products discharge through the cyclone separator while exhaust air is removed via the fan system.
