Continuous Fruit & Vegetable Industrial Spray Dryer
This continuous vacuum belt spray dryer operates at low temperatures with GMP standards and CE/ISO9001 certification. It features continuous infeed and discharge capabilities for efficient industrial drying applications.
Working Principle
Liquid product is pumped into the dryer body and evenly distributed on moving belts. Under high vacuum conditions, the boiling point is lowered, allowing water evaporation at reduced temperatures. The product moves across heating plates using steam, hot water, or hot oil as heating media, progressing through evaporation, drying, cooling, and final discharge stages.
