Stainless Steel Automatic Laboratory Scale Spray Dryer
This professional laboratory spray dryer is designed for drying emulsions, suspensions, and liquid solutions. It features exceptional performance for processing polymers, resins, dyestuffs, pigments, ceramics, glass, pesticides, dairy products, detergents, fertilizers, and various organic and inorganic compounds.
Working Principle
Liquid material is pumped into the top-mounted rotary disc atomizer and atomized into fine droplets within the drying chamber. Simultaneously, heated and filtered hot air is distributed evenly through an air distributor, creating complete contact with droplets for efficient heat transfer. Within seconds, droplets are transformed into dry powder and extracted via cyclone discharge system.
