Vacuum Belt Industrial Spray Dryer is a continuous infeed and discharge vacuum drying system designed for efficient processing of liquid and paste materials. The equipment operates under high vacuum conditions, lowering the boiling point of liquids to enable low-temperature evaporation while preserving product quality.
Liquid product is conveyed into the dryer body by an infeed pump and evenly distributed onto moving belts. Under high vacuum, water in the liquid material evaporates at reduced temperatures. The belts move across heating plates using steam, hot water, or hot oil as heating media. The product progresses through evaporation, drying, cooling, and final discharge stages.

Note: Evaporation capacity increases with organic solvents (ethanol, methanol, etc.) and is closely related to drying temperature.
