The LPG series high-speed centrifugal atomizing dryer is specialized equipment designed for drying various materials including emulsions, suspensions, liquids, polymers, resins, dyestuffs, pigments, ceramics, glass, derust agents, pesticides, carbohydrates, dairy products, detergents, surfactants, fertilizers, and organic/inorganic compounds.
Filtered and heated air enters the air distributor at the dryer's top, then flows into the drying chamber through spiral spray at the tower top. Material liquid rotates and sprays into liquid beads, achieving rapid drying through brief contact with hot air. Finished products continuously output from the dryer bottom and separator, while waste gas discharges through the blower.
