Product Overview
The Atomizing Spray Dryer Granulator is a high-efficiency industrial drying system that transforms liquids, emulsions, suspensions, and pumpable pastes into dry powder or granules. This equipment is particularly suitable for heat-sensitive materials, preserving their original color, flavor, and chemical properties while delivering finished products with excellent quality, purity, flowability, and solubility.
Working Principle
Filtered and heated air enters the drying tower's upper air distributor in a hot spiral pattern. Simultaneously, raw liquid material is atomized from the upper interior, forming super-fine mist droplets that fully contact the hot air. This process achieves complete drying within seconds, with finished powder collected at the tower bottom and discharged via cyclone separator, while exhaust gas is safely vented.
