Industrial Spray Dryer Granulator Overview
Spray drying technology represents the most widely used method in liquid shaping and drying industries. This system is ideal for converting solutions, emulsions, suspensions, and pumpable pastes into powder, granular, or solid block products with precise control over particle size distribution, moisture content, bulk density, and particle shape.
Operating Principle
Filtered and heated air enters through the top-mounted air distributor, flowing spirally into the drying chamber. Liquid feedstock is atomized by a high-speed centrifugal sprayer, creating fine mist droplets that instantly dry upon contact with heated air. Finished products discharge continuously from the drying tower bottom and cyclone separator, while exhaust gases exit through the blower system.
