FBSD Series Internally Mounted Fluid Bed Pressure Nozzle Spray Dryer
The FBSD pressure spray dryer efficiently processes solutions, suspensions, slurries, and paste materials by atomizing liquid into fine droplets that contact hot air directly in the drying tower. This system achieves rapid moisture evaporation within 5-30 seconds, featuring high efficiency, extensive mass transfer area, and adjustable operating temperatures from 150-500°C.
Working Principle
Material is pumped to the tower top and atomized through pressure nozzles into fine droplets. These droplets meet high-temperature hot air, causing immediate water evaporation and producing dry granular products in seconds. The system includes various fine powder separation devices such as cyclones, bag filters, and wet scrubbers, with optional secondary drying, cooling, or formulation systems.
