Working Principle
The double-screw conical mixer utilizes an inverted cone design with two non-symmetrical upgrading screws. When rotating, these screws generate lifting forces that elevate materials to the upper barrel section, where they aggregate and fall back to fill vacancies, creating continuous mixing cycles.

Screw revolution along the wall creates circumferential material motion
Screw rotation lifts materials from the cone bottom upward
Compound motion enables material absorption into screw cylindroid with radial discharge
