The Horizontal Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer efficiently processes materials like chicken essence through continuous fluidized drying. Material enters through the feeding port and moves forward horizontally under vibration force while hot air passes through the fluidized bed for optimal heat exchange.
Working Principle
Raw material is fed into the dryer and moves continuously along the fluidized bed under vibration action. Hot air passes through the bed, exchanging heat with damp materials. Wet air is exhausted via cyclone separator while dried product discharges from the outlet.
