Operation & Maintenance
Installation Instructions
- Connect power supply and set required mixing time before starting operation
- Adjust discharge port position after mixing completion (power off first)
- Inspect equipment and ensure mixing barrel covers are securely closed before use
- Clean machine thoroughly after each use, especially barrels to prevent material residue
- Maintain proper lubrication: reducer requires 30# machine oil, transmission needs grease lubricant
- Perform semi-annual maintenance: replace reducer oil, check and replace aging components
- Conduct comprehensive annual maintenance: check part clearances and make necessary adjustments
