Working Principle
This centrifugal impact pin mill operates as a compact, high-speed impact system designed specifically for fine size reduction in chemical, pharmaceutical, and food applications. Material enters the grinding chamber through the central inlet and is accelerated by centrifugal force from the rotating disc. As materials pass through intermeshing rows of rotating and stationary pins, grinding occurs through impact and shearing forces. The centrifugal force or air stream then drives the product through a filtering sieve to achieve the required particle size.
