DDD Series Food Rotary Double Drum Flaker Dryer
The DDD series rotary double drum dryer is an internal heating conduction type continuous drying device designed for food processing applications. This industrial dryer efficiently processes liquid and sticky materials through advanced thermal transfer technology.
Working Principle
This continuous indirect heating drying processor consists of a steam-heated rotary drum, applicator rollers, scraper, and exhaust hood. Liquid materials are fed onto the rotating drum surface, where they form a thin film. Through the kneading effect of the applicator system, materials are evenly distributed across the heated drum surface, allowing rapid moisture evaporation within a single rotation cycle.
