This continuous working industrial sand rotary dryer features a 1.8M diameter drum rotating at 6r/m, designed for efficient moisture removal from various materials through advanced thermal processing technology.
Working Principle
The rotary drum dryer operates by feeding moist materials through a specially designed feeding plate into the rotating cylinder. Hot air flows counter-currently through the system, evaporating moisture which is then expelled as vapor. Internal blades continuously turn and distribute materials for optimal heat exchange and uniform drying.
